About This Blog

St. George's CollegeIn 2012, a group of 6 pilgrims from St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Menasha, WI journeyed to the countries of Jordan and Israel as a way of deepening their faith and learning more about God and the person of Jesus Christ.  They attended the Palestine of Jesus course as offered by St. George’s College in Jerusalem.  They were each transformed in amazing and different ways.

increaseIn 2015, a group of 25 pilgrims, many from St. Thomas Episcopal Church, but also from various other Episcopal Churches in the Diocese of Fond du Lac, as well as friends from other dioceses, and other denominations, will be going back to Jordan and Israel.  5 of the 25 are from the original 6.  They are hungry for more of what God has for them.

  2. Hello again,

Beautiful country. Something to be proud of. It’s a shame the destruction humans can do to something so beautiful and meaningful. I am still praying for all of you. I’m proud of you my son Father Ralph).

  4. Hello,
Today I really enjoyed the beautiful St George Monestary. we here in America do not appreciate the beauty of the old world…I know I don’t. To be able to see such beauty every day would be like I presume Heaven would be. Take care and prayers are with you.

  7. Again hello

I have heard a lot about the conflict between these two countries, but to actually see and hear about it from people I personally know and love is hurtful and unfair. I continue to pray for your safety and so many others that live there.

  8. Hello,
Peace and prayers to you. the pictures today were beautiful. It’s hard to believe that our Lord was treated so harshly when he was guilty of nothing. But, because of him we have a chance to see heaven and eternal peace and happiness. I continue to think of you all with love and concern.
